2025 IWPOTY Finalist - The Dance Floor at Mandoon Estate

People sometimes ask if and why I like the dance floor. This is why. It’s loud, it’s messy, and it’s real. Things happen

I caught this moment at Mandoon Estate. A groomsman swinging a bridesmaid - legs in the air, pure laughter, zero posing. It’s just timing and being in the right spot when things get a bit chaotic.

I’m super happy to have this frame named a finalist in the International Wedding Photographer of the Year (IWPOTY) awards for 2025. This year was huge - over 2,600 entries from 568 photographers across 61 countries.

It’s my second time as a finalist (last was 2020). It’s a nice nod from the industry, but mostly it’s just a reminder to keep chasing the feeling and vibe of the day.
