Imagine picking all the best ideas from all the weddings you have seen. Imagine writing it down on a piece of paper and making it happen. Your favourite type of food and booze, you can party as long as you want and drink as much as you want. Your surprisingly comfortable and modern tent is a short walk away from the dance floor. Amy and Aaron are in the wedding business and they have seen it all. So they wrote things down and made them happen. In the middle of bush at Solitaire Homestead near Yallingup.

How cool is this spot for a wedding ceremony? This is Kat's favorite tree in the whole park. And the favorite human slash husband.

Josh surprised Clare with an engagement ring in the middle of a photo shoot. I knew what was coming as Josh called me the day before to give me heads up. A year later or so later I had a pleasure to photograph their wedding in Cottesloe at the Civic Centre. Their wedding venue of choice was Blue Duck. Located just on the beach 10 minutes away from the gardens of Civic Centre.

A little town on a hill. With a view to die for. Made of stone but full of flowers. Where figs grow in the wall cracks and the smell of cheese fills the summer air. This is Pienza, a place which anyone considering a destination wedding should check out.

I have seen quite a few awesome wedding venues but Terre Di Nano in Tuscany surely takes the first place. Postacrd views from every place on the property plus great food and friendly hosts. A wedding here is not only a dream come true but also an adventure. I could spend days roaming the countryside taking photos.

Fran and Isaac got married in the middle of the orchard, just by the brook that gave name to the area. Perth Hills are incredibly beautiful even if the weather is bad. The whole day was filled with happy moments and happy people, despite the rain and cold. Wedding photography to me has to show not only what happened but also how. Images should make one feel like he was there. All that happened just yesterday and memories are still fresh, I had a big smile on my face editing some of the photographs. Perth really did deliver for all the guests visiting WA for the very first time. Every wedding is different for different reasons. And what I remember from the day are tiny things that signify a lot... Ryan taking the delays without a frown on his face, relatives kissing Monika on her hands. Monika playfully touching her grand-mum's nose, cheeky grins on Tamara's face, jaw cracking laughs and lots of physical closeness. Not just closeness among siblings or parents. I mean everyone. That was a different level of wedding happiness.

Cake cutting does not have to be boring. There was a surprise in the cake.

Sun, wine, figs, prosciutto and pizza. And a wedding. Seems like a fair summary of my first destination wedding in Tuscany in Pienza. I could not ask for more as a photographer... Pienza is a place where stunning views meet history meet food.

Tuscany is a truly magical spot. I've never seen a more beautiful place to get married. Terre Di Nano is perched on top of a small hill with a 360 degrees view on the surrounding countryside. I have seen quite a few wedding venues but this one definatelly is the best one of them all.

And they need photos as well
